Your chosen product is carefully packed in a Protective pack. Doubled up with a Bubble wrapping to keep the product safe and avoid any kind of Wear and tear. All protective care is taken not to expose it to Water/Weather. If you feel that the package you have recieved is damaged or open, kindly don't accept it and send across an email on email@example.com, and we will take necessary steps to send across a new one.
Every package we send out is trackable and Insured. If you don't recieve your package within a week of our communication of delivery and are not able to track it online as well kindly send us an email on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will take the necessary actions to track your order and deliver it safely to your doorstep.
Import fees are set by your own government and are referred to as customs fees, duty, processing fees, VAT, etc. If at all there is any Import duty payable by the Customer on the package ordered, it will be collected directly at your doorstep.
Every Package is completely trackable by a unique code that you will recieve once we ship out the package. If your package is not traceable, kindly contact us on email@example.com and we will take the necessary actions to get an update for you.
There are very few reasons for delays and hence very few packages that get delayed. However, Holidays can cause delays and thats why we ask for 3-5 working days for delivery. Delays and backlogs can also be caused by extreme weather and labor disputes/strikes as well, which are not frequent at all.
